When you constantly consume the words and behaviors of abusive or negative people, you are training your mind with that energy. Over time, your mind begins to perform the same way. The mind is a mental factory, it absorbs thoughts, processes them silently, and eventually delivers results in your behavior, decisions, and life.

That is why you must stop listening to negative and illogical people. Their words do not make you stronger; they program you to doubt, limit, and destroy yourself. Choose to be around wise people. Let your mind process clarity, discipline, and strength, and you will slowly become like them.

If you do not believe in your own abilities, the chances of failure increase drastically. Not because you lack potential, but because you trained your mind with self-doubt. Once the mind accepts the idea that you are incapable, it begins to act accordingly.

Protect your mind.
What you feed it today decides who you become tomorrow.

It is hard to believe what you are not at this time. It is hard to believe you will become rich if you are currently poor. But when you truly believe that all things are possible, everything becomes possible. Great ideas emerge from the mind, and thoughts guide us toward achieving them.

Most people visualize outcome of the process, they forget to make that process great. So later that fail. Do not focus on the outcome; focus on the process, the journey.
The process builds confidence, and the world will eventually recognize it. Detach yourself from outcomes if you know you are meant to live a great and successful life. Believe it is possible, because you create your own reality. Believe you can do it.

Forget the outcome and focus on the journey. When you are attached to outcomes, frustration comes easily. You start looking for shortcuts and forget the importance of the process.

Before you achieve anything, believe that you can. You must believe you already have what you want. The subconscious mind works like a mental factory, whatever you feed it, it accepts. If you say, “My new car is coming,” and you visualize it sincerely, your mind will prepare you to work toward that goal.

Six months ago, I stood in front of 20 people and told my mentor that my aim was to train people and make them better for society. I was appreciated for it. Later, I started VT Challenges, and today, I am already doing what I once only believed would happen. Six months ago, I had no idea VT Challenges would become something real.

Similarly, I strongly believe VT will become a global community of great, pious, unbiased, logical, and peaceful people. Thousands will join us, and in a few years, you will see it happening. I say this based on the law of attraction, because my mind prepares me to take actions that make it real.

Detach from outcomes. Focus on the process.

“The man who loves walking will always walk further than the man who loves the destination.”

  • Failure is feedback.
  • Stay persistent.
  • Visualize your journey, feel it, close your eyes, talk to yourself, and believe you can manifest it. You may think this sounds crazy, but it is real.

If you work around negative people, you become negative. If your associates are losers, you risk becoming one too. Sometimes, to become great in life, you must say goodbye, even to relationships, family, or friends.

Visualization is the art of sitting in one place and imagining how the process will look, not just the result. Do not visualize only the final success; visualize the journey.

Do not spend time thinking about what you do not want. Think about what you want, think big. People do not become successful by accident. Focus on what you will give to get what you want. Focus on today’s work. Do not be anxious about the future, take care of today. If you plan and execute daily, the outcome will come naturally. Everything you want is already done, if you are honest with your journey.

Detach from worry, fear, and false hope. Detachment is a careful and conscious act. Whenever I enter an environment, I ask myself if it is good for me. If it is not, I leave. Hard work alone may not change your life, your environment will. If someone chooses to leave, let them go. Do not become overly attached to anything.

When you are desperate for money or success, remember the law of detachment. Detach from what holds you back. To reach the next level, things must change. Attachment to outcomes is the root of many failures, you do not control outcomes, but you do control your actions.

If you build a beautiful garden, butterflies will come. If you chase butterflies, you will never build the garden.

 

Law of Substitution:

Never say something is impossible. Practice the law of substitution.
The law of substitution says that you cannot remove a thought, habit, or emotion completely, you must replace it with a better one.

The mind does not accept emptiness.
If you try to stop a negative thought without replacing it, the same thought returns stronger. They will distract you and waste your potential.
Instead of saying: “I am not capable” replace it with “I am learning, improving, and taking action”.

Always say, “I am responsible for what happens to me.” When you take responsibility, your brain looks for solutions. When anxious thoughts arise, say with mouth “stop.” It may sound childish, but your brain recognizes commands.

Whenever you notice your thoughts drifting toward negativity, consciously stop and replace them. Most people live in negativity by default.

For next 20 days, focus only on what you want, nothing else. Everything else is a distraction, even small wins that pull you away.

  • Feel your journey daily.
  • Stay positive.
  • If you make mistakes, do not blame others.
  • Blaming creates negative energy and weakens you.

The conscious mind can hold only one thought at a time. Choose positive thoughts, and they will compound over time. The more you think in one direction, the more your mental energy aligns with it, until it becomes your dominant reality.

The mind is like a factory, whatever thoughts you feed into it, it produces results. If you do not replace negative thoughts, the factory will produce outcomes that harm you.

Every positive thought is a seed. The only thing fully under your control is your thinking, so guard it carefully. Change your beliefs, and you change your reality.

If a negative thought appears, replace it with a positive one. You cannot always erase thoughts, but you can substitute them.

Where you are today is a reflection of your past thoughts. Your future is shaped by your present actions. Be conscious of what you think.

Think deliberately, not the way most people do. The mind notices everything you think and say, and it multiplies it. It grows whatever you feed it: weeds or flowers. The law of substitution shapes who you become.

 

Learn from failures:

Whenever something goes wrong, extract the lesson. Write it down. Your mind will help you grow. The greatest value in life is not what you get, but what you become. The mind is like a muscle, the more you train it, the stronger it becomes. To change the outer world, you must change the inner world.

If you want success externally, you must first become successful internally. Be variable, do not live in yesterday. Think new, positive thoughts, and reality will follow.

Learn how to concentrate, it is essential to focus on the right things.

Let go of anything that affects you negatively, even if you once loved it. It may sound difficult, but it will make you stronger. One day, you will look back and realize how powerful you became.

You might not completely delete negative thoughts but you can constantly substitute it with possible ones
