Explanation
A conflict is a serious disagreement, argument, or struggle between people, groups, or even ideas. It happens when opinions, interests, or goals do not match. For example, two friends may have a conflict about which movie to watch. Countries can have conflicts over land or power. Even inside our minds, we may face conflict when making difficult decisions, like choosing between career and family. Conflicts are a natural part of life, but how we solve them is important. They can be settled through communication, compromise, or understanding. Sometimes conflict creates growth; other times it causes stress and division.
