Explanation
“Basketball” is a fast and exciting sport played between two teams. Each team has five players who try to score points by throwing a ball into a raised hoop on the opponent’s side. The game is played on a court which is divided into two halves, and players move by running, dribbling (bouncing the ball), and passing it to teammates. A basket usually scores two or three points, depending on where the shot is taken. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins. It is a popular sport worldwide and improves fitness, teamwork, and coordination.
