About This Challenge
What is VTCH3?
VTCH3 is a 100-day structured challenge designed to build discipline, clarity, and long-term thinking.
It is based on a fixed sequence of daily tasks where each step builds on the previous one. The goal is not quick improvement, but consistent, gradual change.
How It Works
The challenge is divided into phases:
- Foundation : establish consistency and reduce distractions
- Control : build structure, habits, and better use of time
- Reflection & Learning : includes a 10-day video phase with active learning
- Direction : focus on values, decisions, and long-term thinking
- Completion : reflection and closing of the challenge
Learning Phase
During the challenge, there is a 10-day video course:
- Each day includes a short video
- Participants must explain what they understood
- Based on that, they receive an additional audio lesson
This phase focuses on understanding and internalizing, not just completing tasks.
Guidelines
- Follow the sequence as given
- Complete tasks daily
- Avoid skipping or combining days
- Consistency is more important than intensity
Completion
The challenge runs for 100 days and ends with a final step to close the process.
