Joy

Joy is a feeling of great happiness and delight. For example, she felt joy when she saw him. Joy can come from small things, like spending time with loved ones, or big events, like achieving a goal. As a verb (less common, mostly poetic), to joy means to feel or show happiness. People feel joy when they celebrate, succeed, or spend time with loved ones.
