What membership includes. The digital booklets, updates, exclusive member access and member library that Variable Tribe produces. Physical products sold in the shop are not included.
Season access. One season at a time. Members must enroll from the first day of a season, using the same email as their account, and cannot join midway. All season rules still apply, including the social media rule and removal for missed challenges.
Mentor support. Questions go to one private channel and are answered within about 3 working days. The Decade Circle has a fair monthly limit on questions. The Lifetime Tribe has priority and a higher limit. This is guidance only. It is not medical, legal, financial or crisis advice.
Research (Lifetime Tribe). A fair number of research requests each year, within a reasonable scope that the VT team can handle.
Duration. The Decade Circle lasts ten years from the date of purchase. "Lifetime" means for as long as Variable Tribe operates. If VT ever closes, members receive at least 12 months of notice.
Badge and book. One member badge and one book about VT per member, sent to the address given at checkout, so please check it carefully. Items are dispatched within 30 days and tracking appears in My Account. Delivery outside India may be delayed or replaced by a digital edition.
Personal and non-transferable. A membership is tied to the member's email and account. It cannot be shared, sold or transferred. Email changes need our approval.
Conduct. Sharing member content, misuse or breaking community rules can end the membership.
Refunds. A refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase if no season seat has been claimed and no physical item has been dispatched. After that, memberships are non-refundable.
Records. At purchase we record the terms version, the date and your IP address as proof that you accepted these terms.

The price covers the program, the community and the certificates. It does not buy a pass: you still have to complete the challenges. The 100 Days is non-refundable. Memberships have a short cooling-off period, described in the terms.

What are the Variable Tribe challenges?

The VT Challenges are Variable Tribe's 100-day life transformation program. Each season is a series of about 30 daily and weekly challenges that break bad habits, build discipline and change how you live, inside a community that keeps you accountable.

It is a transformation package rather than a traditional life change course. You do not watch lessons, you take action every day. Members who finish earn verified certificates and a place in the Elite community. See the results on the graduates page and read member feedback.

VT challenges are structured programs that break bad habits, build discipline and change who you are. These rules protect that standard.

No social mediaIf you haven't reached your goals yet, it's a distraction you can't afford. Delete Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat before joining. Content creators may keep their accounts.
CommunityComplete 1 full month consistently and you enter the private VT community. Miss challenges and you're removed. Finish the season and you become an Elite Member of the top 1% VT Family, permanently.
HonestyBe truthful about your progress, struggles and mistakes. Growth starts there.
No discriminationVT does not discriminate by gender, religion or geography. Biased thinking means disqualification, no exceptions.
Who it's forAges 20 to 28 with the drive to succeed. Members aged 16 to 18 who show real maturity are welcome and will be assessed. Under 16 is not eligible.
Challenge structureAbout 30 challenges over roughly 100 days. Some last 1 day, some up to a week. Plan on 1 hour a day and stay aware of how you spend all 24.
Certification50+ days earns the Top Performer Certificate. Finishing the season earns the Elite Certificate with a unique verification code, shown on our website.

What are the Variable Tribe (VT) challenges?

The VT Challenges are structured 100-day seasons run by Variable Tribe. Each season has about 30 challenges built to break bad habits, build discipline and change how you live, with a community and certificates along the way.

Is this a life change course?

It is for people looking for a life change course, but it works differently. A course gives you lessons to watch. The VT Challenges give you daily actions, accountability and a community, so the change comes from what you do for 100 days.

What is the Decade Circle?

A ten-year membership. You can join any season for ten years, always from Day 1. You receive everything VT produces in digital form, mentors answer your doubts, and you get a physical member badge and a book about VT.

What is the Lifetime Tribe?

Everything in the Decade Circle, for as long as Variable Tribe operates, with priority mentor support, research by the VT team on your life questions within a fair yearly allowance, and your numbered place in the Tribe.

What does lifetime mean?

Can members join a season halfway?

No. Members join from the first day of a season, using the same email as their account, so the community moves together.

How do members claim a season?

Log in with the email you used to join, open My Account, then VT Membership, and claim your seat. It is free for members.

Do members get a badge and a book?

Yes. One member badge and one book about VT, sent to the address you give at checkout. Tracking appears in My Account.

Is mentor support medical or legal advice?

No. Mentors give guidance and perspective, not medical, legal, financial or crisis advice.

Is this a course?

No. A course hands you information. This is a 100-day transformation package: structured challenges, daily accountability and a community that holds you to your word.

What is the difference between The 100 Days and a scholarship seat?

Nothing in the program. Both get the same 30 challenges, rules, certificates and community. The 100 Days is for people who can afford it. Scholarship seats are limited and kept for people who truly cannot.

Who can apply for a scholarship seat?

Anyone who genuinely wants to join but cannot afford The 100 Days. You send a short application explaining why. If you are selected, your seat is reserved and we email you a private enrollment link. Your details stay private. If you can afford The 100 Days, please choose it.

Why does the price change?

The 100 Days costs ₹1,999 for the full 100 days. It is one payment, with no subscription.

Can I get a refund?

The 100 Days is non-refundable, so please read the rules on this page before you pay. Memberships have a short cooling-off period, described in the membership terms.

How does payment work, and is my seat held?

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and the available payment methods appear at checkout. Your seat is held for 15 minutes while you pay and is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.

When does the season start, and what will I receive?

The season starts on 1 January 2027. After you join, you get a confirmation email with the start date and details, and updates continue by email and Telegram.

How much time does it take each day?

Plan on about 1 hour a day. There are about 30 challenges over roughly 100 days. Some last 1 day and some up to a week.

Do I have to leave social media?

Yes, for the challenge. Delete Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat before joining. Content creators may keep their accounts.

What happens if I miss challenges?

Complete the first full month consistently to enter the private VT community. If you miss challenges, you are removed. Consistency is the whole point.

What do I get when I finish?

Completing 50 or more days earns the Top Performer Certificate. Finishing the season earns the Elite Certificate with a unique verification code, and permanent Elite membership in the top 1% VT Family.

Who can join?

People aged 20 to 28 with the drive to succeed. Members aged 16 to 18 who show real maturity are welcome and will be assessed. Under 16 is not eligible.

What if all seats are taken?
