Explanation
Brave means having or showing courage when facing something scary, dangerous, or challenging. Being brave doesn’t mean you’re never afraid—it means you still act even when you are afraid. A firefighter saving someone from a fire is brave, and so is a student giving a speech despite feeling nervous. Bravery can be big acts in dangerous situations or small acts in everyday life.
